Augusta, NJ– August 4, 2022 – Are you ready for New Jersey’s premiere Fall experience? Skylands Stadium’s third-annual Jack-O’-Lantern Experience, will be back in Augusta, N.J. from September 23 – November 6, 2022. This year’s event promises to be Sussex County’s premier family entertainment destination, with a fall festival, beer garden, live music, seasonal food and beverages, carnival rides, and much more!

One of the most exciting activities that you need to check off your Jack-O’-Lantern to-do list is take a 45-minute self-guided walking tour through a frighteningly delightful Halloween experience, illuminated with 6,000  hand carved jack-o’-lanterns. Along with this, enjoy rides – including a ferris wheel, carousel and more – and then let kids pick a pumpkin and paint it! 

Additionally, there will be 30 craft beers in the Beer Garden, including our BRAND NEW Miner’s Gold Rush – Pale Ale that we created alongside our friends at Czig Meister Brewing Company in Hackettstown, NJ. Seasonal ciders, wine, and seltzers are also available. Enjoy additional fall food and beverage favorites including s’mores on the fire pit, spiced donuts, hot cocoa, and coffee. If that’s not enough, ice cream and delicious treats can be found from a variety of vendors as well. And don’t forget to stop by our on-site restaurant, Double S Smokehouse.

“Jack-O’-Lantern is beginning to become a staple in Sussex County, and we can’t wait to keep the tradition alive by welcoming guests to celebrate the Halloween season through our many attractions and features,” stated Mike Dorso, owner of Skylands Stadium. “Many fan-favorite rides, foods, and beverages are back for the 2022 season, as well as some new additions thrown into the mix. We’re ready for pumpkin season, and hope you are too!”

Advanced tickets and reservations are required and available online here. The event tickets start at $19; anyone under 36” gets in free. VIP Tickets, which are limited, are available for $39 and allow a ticketholder one night’s admission in any time slot that the event is open, whether it’s sold out or not. Tickets also include an apple cider (for the kids), beer, or wine. And, parking is free and plentiful.
