11 Sep Skylands Stadium’s Jack-O’-Lantern Experience Glows Bigger, Brighter, and Spookier in 2026

One of New Jersey’s premier fall festivals is a can’t-miss Halloween tradition

Skylands Stadium is thrilled to announce the return of its highly anticipated Jack-O’-Lantern Experience, lighting up the fall season on select dates from September 25 through November 1, 2026.

The 2026 edition of the Jack-O’-Lantern Experience promises to be bigger and brighter than ever, featuring never-before-seen pumpkin displays, new activities and entertainment, and an interactive corn maze incorporated into the approximately 45-minute walk-through experience.

“We’re always looking for ways to elevate the guest experience and enhance our fall festival,” said Mike Dorso, owner of Skylands Stadium. “This year’s Jack-O’-Lantern Experience brings even more reasons to visit with an expanded lineup of special events and entertainment, including line dancing, a cornhole tournament, live shows, arts and crafts, a Halloween parade, Halloween parties with live DJs, and more. There’s something for everyone!”

Guests will journey through a spectacular outdoor trail illuminated by more than 6,000 hand-carved jack-o’-lanterns, intricately arranged in dazzling, larger-than-life displays throughout the Skylands Stadium grounds in Sussex County, NJ. The immersive experience combines the sights and spirit of Halloween with a festive atmosphere designed for families, couples, and Halloween enthusiasts of all ages.

Beyond the walk-through, the celebration continues with a beer garden, pumpkin patch, s’mores fire pit, petting zoo, shopping, seasonal food and beverages, and more. Guests can round out their evening with a cozy dinner and drinks at The Barnyard, Skylands Stadium’s award-winning restaurant and bar.

Back this year is the popular Oktoberfest, offering guests a taste of Bavaria, filled with traditional German food, refreshing beer and drinks, live music, and entertainment on Saturday, September 26.

With thousands of glowing jack-o’-lanterns, seasonal treats, special events, and activities for all ages, the Jack-O’-Lantern Experience offers families and fall enthusiasts a memorable way to celebrate Halloween.

However, for the safety of our guests and staff, management reserves the right to delay opening, temporarily suspend operations, or close the Experience in severe or unsafe weather conditions.
